Vish brings in core technical and leadership experience in aerospace that can be applied across various industries and domains in engineering, technology, business, accounting and management consulting.
Vish has a global team of experts and development partners willing to take new challenges in aerospace and technology product development through services and support. Vish’s team is currently working on several interesting projects supporting core sectors like agriculture, aerospace and public works helping them transform into Internet of Things (IOT), Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology disruption space.
Some of the projects includes connected cities, smart parking, farm cloud to track and monitor agriculture yield, smart manufacturing for aerospace primary structures, Industry 4.0 and others.
Career Journey
Early career, Research and General Aviation
2000 – 2008
Vish started his career at Wichita State University/NIAR leading several FAA and aerospace industry conglomerate research in emergency landing conditions for PART 23 and 25.561&562.
Vish leveraged this experience, working for structures group at Piper Aircraft leading full cycle fatigue testing to evaluate eutectic aluminum skins, STC FADEC engine for Malibu, design and analysis of fatigue resistance engine mounts for Meridian, Lean manufacturing and six sigma and flying prototype of Piper Jet in 12 months including design, analysis, testing and certification of lading gears.
Aerospace SME, consultant, Leadership and Business Development
2008 – 2016
Vish moved to Boeing aircraft as a consultant supporting multi-million-dollar aging airplane program and leading a team of suppliers to accomplish the compliance and certification across the single and twin isle fleet in less than 9 months. Vish has led AOG support teams at Aviation Partners Boeing for winglet installations.
Based on this experience, Vish developed and executed multi-million-dollar spare service strategy with executives, airlines, FAA and suppliers. Vish has effectively managed airline relationship and aging airplane rule implementation with efficient inspection for optimal fleet utilization.
Vish has Coached enterprise wide teams at various levels of leadership to develop training and enhance learning work implementation, fostered business and mentor relationship with executive decision maker leadership (VP and above). Vish has led the industry academia partnership to design-build-test-fly mission specific UAV in 12 months.
Aerospace Sales, Leadership and Business Development consultant
2016 – 2018
Vish made a leap to deliver and manage market growth for aerospace industry mechanical services portfolio at HCL America, overhauled of numerous departments, while providing functional management and establishing performance metrics, profit impact of market strategies (PIMS) of existing services and advised on the creation of higher quality services (aftermarket services) with quicker go-to-market implementation and strategic partnerships.
Vish uncovered and qualified prospects by networking and industry affiliations to increase designated sales pipelines, Managed $10m+ accounts and closed deals generating $3m+ revenue and $500,000+ profits in certification testing as new core business.

Vish ventured into new frontiers with all the experience and expertise in technology consulting and start-up to capture the disruptive transformation across industries for smart manufacturing and agriculture, connected cities and support the local communities and eco system thrive and grow. Vish continues to explore new challenges and be abreast of growing needs and demand through PNAA and AFA organizations. Vish also has a real estate practice in the state of Washington and knowledgeable about local market.

Vish has a passion for aerospace and food, enjoys cooking, wine making and loves to travel and explore the world, always intrigued by different cultures and customs. Language is a natural interest for Vish and can read, write and fluently speak several Indian languages.
Vish believes in giving back to the society and supports various investment portfolios in India, participates in 5K runs for various causes and actively involved in PNAA, AFA and other network and community events.
